African Swine Fever Virus Test Strips Introdution
- TThis test paper is made based on the principle of time-resolved fluorescence immunochromatography test.
- After the sample is added to the sampling hole, it moves along the chromatography membrane together with the fluorescent microsphere markers.
- If there are African swine fever virus antibodies in the sample, it will move with the fluorescent microspheres.
- The marker binds to the antigen on the detection line to generate a fluorescent signal; if there is no antibody in the sample, no fluorescent signal is generated.
