The apprenticeship ceremony of the Modern Biology Group's new employee growth program was successful

On September 1, Modern Bio Group held the apprenticeship ceremony of the New Employee Growth Program. Guided by the principle of "mentors pass, help with growth, and set an example, while apprentices learn skills, responsibility, and work methods," the program builds a platform for mentorship and training to achieve mutual and progress, helping new employees grow and succeed rapidly.
The event features a lecture by the special guest, Dean Lang Hongwu, Dean of the Institute of Modern Biology and Fellow of the Royal Society of (FRSA). Dean Lang imparts knowledge and resolves doubts, combining traditional culture with practical experience to teach new employees about professional literacy and business essentials, while providing guidance their career development.
An appointment ceremony and apprenticeship ceremony were held at the event venue, where Wang Shanpu, Chairman of Modern Bio Group, presented appointment letters to mentors. Mentor representatives and new employee representatives took turns to speak on stage. The mentor representatives expressed their commitment to fulfilling their mentoring responsibilities, doing a good job in teaching guiding, and imparting their professional skills wholeheartedly; the new employee representatives solemnly stated that they would learn humbly, work steadily, accelerate their growth, and soon become competent their positions.
This apprenticeship ceremony builds a bridge for talent cultivation and improves the construction of the talent echelon. In the future, today's newcomers will grow into's mentors, passing on the spirit of "teaching, helping, and leading" to accumulate new dynamic momentum for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
